It's apparently already time for a Creepover Party. I saw on IG that at least one person found the dolls, including Twyla, in Walmart.
Amazon has listings up for the main trio but not Twyla. They're orderable via Amazon, though at the moment, it's estimating early December arrival. I bought one of each so I at least have an order placed, though I'll end up cancelling if they take that long. (Early Dec is when I'm on vacation.)
