REVIEW: Santoro Gorjuss Dear Alice

Ah, my wandering Dear Alice finally made it! She went from Atlanta, GA up to PA back on the 25th, then left PA on the 26th, though the tracking for that didn't update until only a couple days ago. And then today she turned up with no warning.

Dear Alice is without a doubt one of the simplest of the Gorjuss line. She wears a long gray dress with velvet for the straps and lining the top edge.

Her heart necklace is a separate piece. It's on both a chain and ribbon, which is at the back.

Here's the print on her big purse.

Dear Alice has the longest hair in the line.

The color is hard to describe. It's definitely blue, but there's something about it that reads purple, too. Not that it is purple, but the places where it's darker in the picture have a purpley effect. It's sort of like periwinkle but brighter.

Her shoes are really pretty. They're still decidedly simple and not much material compared to the boots and mary janes, but they're also, as I said, very pretty. And I like seeing the cute toes.

Quick shot of the headphones. I'd put them away in my storage box after opening her earlier. They're not hideous. They're just kinda silly.

So there you have it. Dear Alice. She's different than the others, that's for sure, and I don't see the money's worth as much as with some others, like The Frock, Little Violet and Ladybird, but I'm still happy to have her.
