And we've got a look at the missing dolls for Kat and Skylar there in the third row.
The Skylar from my previous post is definitely the Splash one. This is Garden. And that Kat is Carnival.
So we're just missing Garden Bella and Carnival Rayne.

If you really want her, go for it. Those later dolls certainly aren't easy to find, which unfortunately drives their prices up.

Would it be better if they rerelease some of the characters with minor changes or make entirely new characters?
Rerelease the later ones hardly anyone got. Then make new ones. A lot of the older ones were cute, but they weren't strong enough to reappear.
