The art style is a bit odd.
Like the jawlines are really unattractive.

Hairdorables might be old news but I’d love to see a ranking of your top 10 favorites from series 2. I’m still kicking myself for selling sugar skull skylar bc I thought she looked so strange when I first opened her...luckily, I compensated with 30 more from series 2!

DeleteYes Series 2 would be awesome. It was helpful to see all the willows and all the raynes lined up like the series 1 review....Your blog has introduced me to so many great lines, but my recent azone dolls are making my wallet hurt! I just got the 1/3 noix merry snow

ReplyDeleteYeah, they're actually Series 4. The most recent batch of rankings I did had Series 1, 2 and 3 plus some of the Hairdudeables dolls.
DeleteI do plan on doing this when I can. I'm currently working overtime every week, so that doesn't leave a lot of room and these tend to be bigger projects, because I have to get out all my dolls (some are in a storage bin) to do it. I will get it done! I just can't promise it will be soon.
I'm loving the word "puns" for the story. Reminds me a little of MH and EAH books. I'm actually looking forward to this line. I have been going up and down the doll isles and I haven't personally been interested purchasing anything doll related for a while. Last playline I was excited about was Wild Hearts Club and that really didn't go anywhere. Great dolls and concept, though.

DeleteThank you for this! I can't wait for the actual dolls, but I can't find them on Amazon, as they haven't been released yet. I'm glad to know that the BOOKS are showing up, though, 'cause that gives me hope that this line will be released.
ReplyDeleteI certainly wish that I could be in an actual STORE when they are released, in order to choose some really good faces, but....better safe than sorry, what with this Covid 19 stuff. :(
