REVIEW: Simba Kawaii Hi CORA

My mom wanted to go to Marshall's after work last night to grab a gift for a coworker. I ended up with an armful of soap and lotions, then wandered to the toy section, not expecting to find anything.

So imagine my shock when I saw this girl peeking from behind some clearance Barbies.

Now imagine even more shock at her price!

This poor thing was discounted three times. The original price was $16.99. The first discount was to $13 and I couldn't make out the second. But SIX DOLLARS?! Sold.

She's adorable. I had no plans of tracking down this line, though they're obviously cute.

I have no idea how a Simba line even got into Marshall's in the first place. I kinda want to go check TJ Maxx for more, but considering how much she was discounted, she's probably been sitting a while and any others would be gone.

I had no idea if that was a bear or a mouse. The pet figure doesn't have a tail so it must be a bear.

Really cute outfit. I actually like the suggestion of a hoodie more than the loop of sad fabric most doll companies use as a hoodie.

She comes with a backpack that opens, 4 barrettes, and a comb.

I put one barrette on her and stored the others in the backpack.

Bearhouse is so cute.

I like her a lot! I definitely love that she was only six bucks. She's pretty poseable and the materials are decent. They're not big name company quality, but she's still a nice doll.
