Entertainment Earth has them listed for release this month with a case containing 2 Mal, 1 Evie and 1 Ally.
Hopefully, we'll start seeing them (and CJ, as I know she's finally shipping out) in stores soon.

Finally I found some high quality information on Descendants dolls! Would you be able to tell me a couple of things about the Jay dolls? I'm wondering how many different Jays were made and if they changed the head size in some releases? Some look disproportionate on eBay, bigger head and torso than legs, but some don't. I can't decide if it's bad camera angles or what. Thank you for your time!

DeleteThere were 2 single-packed dolls. One has a beanie hat, wears jeans, and has more yellow on his vest. The other has no hat and his outfit is more burgundy all over, including the pants.
There's a Neon Lights Ball 4-pack, but the doll seems to be the same as the single-packed one with the hat. Carlos, Freddie and Audrey are in this set.
From Descendants 2, he was in a 4-pack with Mal, Evie and Carlos. This Jay has shorter hair pulled back in a bun and a more formal outfit.
From Descendants 3, there's another 4-pack. He's got a beanie hat again and the outfit looks like a cheaper version of the one with the hat that was sold separately. The girls got new molds for D3, so if there is a new Jay, it's likely this one.
