I've been pretty bored with current playline. I'm waiting to find Jem someday and for TLS to give us the rest of Rainbow Brite and SSC. I'm looking forward to Fearbook Abbey and Venus, as well as Nefera (though she's a bit too G1 for me), but other MH hasn't caught my eye.
So I've been dipping into my vintage want lists and buying up some pieces from those.
First up, Boysenberry Pie from the Sweetberry ponies MLP line.
I also picked up So Soft Twist. I've always loved Twist, though in my original collecting days, I held out for the Brazilian one. Wish I still had her! But I love this one. Her fur is super soft.
Eager and Cherry complete my set of Bushwoolies, which I never took a picture of. I'll have to do that before I put Cheery on the shelf.
I gave these guys a scrub, so they look a little wet still. Poor Cheery has water inside him that I need to dry out before he goes on the shelf.
I can't remember if I posted these here or only in Insta, but I got Seaflower and Skippity Doo from the local toy store months ago.
I have more ponies coming that I'll add once they arrive. I don't think I ever photographed the other ones I've bought in the past handful of years either.
I also grabbed Flutterbug from Glo Friends.
And just realized there are no photos of any of my Glo Friends.
So here's Flutter with Nuttybug and Bashfulbug.
Nutty has been beside my bed for decades. Wherever my alarm clock sits (or these days, my phone), that's where Nutty is. Bashful has been with him for years, though not as long as he's been in that place.
I have a couple others somewhere that I'll have to locate.
But yeah, bored with playline? Turn to vintage. I'm not spending big bucks on anything (yet), just trying to cross some of the lower-priced items off my want list.
