For once, she's keeping the sunglasses. While I love the makeup, I equally love the sunglasses and I think they elevate the entire look.

So prettyyyyyyyyyyyyy.
Frankie is another one like Clawdeen where not all their dolls really feel like the represent the show character, but they're gorgeous dolls nonetheless.
They're not the worst, but they insist on giving sunglasses to these dolls when they have some of the best makeup yet. Come on. I'm not gonna hide it.
A little Clankie to end with!

And here's the character whose dolls are the most separate from her show self.
I wasn't going to get this Clawdeen, but dammit, she's THAT pretty. I gave in.
Forgot to stick the art shot with the first review, but here it is.
I really like the art on her purse, but they shouldn't have made it so dream catchery.
I got her out of the box and was stunned by how gorgeous she is. This might actually be the prettiest G3 Clawdeen.
Not into the sunglasses. They hide her face too much.
She has little pearls or rhinestones or something along her edges and it is perfection.
I had to take off the stupid boot fur. I hated it. This is much better.
I think she also has the best hair quality I've encountered on a Clawdeen yet.
These are awesome without the fur.
With Clawdeen, I split her dolls into ones that represent the show character that I love and ones that are like doll 'verse only.
I hate how they keep leaving her glasses off, for example.
And some outfit styles just don't seem to fit her show character. This entire look is one of them.
So into the Doll Clawdeen column she goes. At the top. She's amazing.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
Have you ever sold a doll/toy/whatever and then regretted it? I owned this Flexi-Pose Agnes Dreary back in 2009. I don't remember when I sold her, but I've been looking for a new one for possibly a decade? For a while now anyway. I've missed out on a few and recently, one turned up, but she wasn't anywhere near complete.
Then...this beauty appeared.
It was right before Mother's Day weekend, which is always the most brutal of the year, so I hit "Buy It Now" in seconds. She's my treat for getting through the horrible weekend.
She's quite different than the regular Agnes dolls, who are smaller and don't have inset eyes.
I used to have one of those, but I sold her even before I sold this one.
The Flexi-Pose body is extremely poseable, but also has a flaw of the feet liking to tilt inward, so she's not the most stable at standing.
The other dolls in this style were Effanbee and fairy tale-themed: Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and Alice. I never got any of those, though I'm a little tempted now.
I'm so thrilled to have her back!
Definitely one of my fave goth dolls.

And now we've got Lagoona 2.0.
This is an example of the art I don't like. The pose isn't very Lagoona and the cheek shine is just weird.
I always love when they do the mini diaries from G1.
Her food is super cute, too, especially the blowfish pop.
Out of the box.
I wish the belt sat lower, so it looked like an actual belt.
She's really pretty. I like this hairstyle for her.
Not a fan of these, but the color is cool.
Her hair is okay. It actually looks really nice here. It just seemed a bit thin when I was brushing it.
This is one of the only dolls where I actually prefer the sunglasses on. They're really cute.
