REVIEW: Monster High Frankie 2.0

I've had these poor dolls sitting on my review shelf for days now. I'm in low energy mode because this is about to be the biggest work week of the year and I'm trying to relax as much as possible.

So I figured I'd just tackle the two core refresh newbies. (No Cleo yet. I have her ordered on Amazon.)

I was not a fan of how Frankie looked in this box. Way to make their hair look really bad, Mattel.

I have mixed feelings on a lot of the recent art, but this pic of Frankie is GORGEOUS.

I do hope whatever is going on with Watzie is addressed in the show like Count Fab was. The dragon wings are gone, but they're still flying? Is this a robo dog?

All the accessories. Love the Mad Science book and the juice pouch the most.

Thankfully, once they're out of the box, Frankie's hair lies perfectly. I didn't like the barrettes on the pink side, so I switched them to the other side.

I'm going to be a sucker for any Frankie with blue, black or gray lips.

Love these!

Agh, they look so good!

There is just something about this Frankie that really captures the essence of the show character better than other Frankies.

These aren't sitting right because of the barrettes, but I wanted a quick shot with them on.

Stunning.

Oh, I forgot someone.

Much better.

Yep, I love this Frankie. They're my favorite one in terms of capturing the show character, as I said. Ghoul Spirit captures the movie Frankie, so I still love them a lot, and Monster Fest is stunning in a more doll 'verse kind of way. But yeah, in the top 3 Frankies for sure.
